By creating an account or using Goveek, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind that company.
The service
Goveek provides fleet management tools including vehicle records, trip operations, driver and customer tracking, expense and payment logging, notifications, and team billing. Features may change as we improve the product.
Accounts & teams
You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your team. Owners and managers control seats, roles, and billing for their organization.
Subscriptions & payments
Paid plans are billed in INR according to the plan you select. Trials convert to a paid plan when you subscribe. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated at checkout.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other customers, or upload unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the platform.
Your data
You retain ownership of fleet and operational data you enter. You grant us permission to host and process that data to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Availability
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goveek is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
